A few pictures of the oncoming Spring. Believe it or not it was actually snowing just a couple of hours before I went out for my walk - just a few flakes, but definitely snow and not petals of blossom blown by the wind.
You found lots of beauty on your walk despite the incidence of snow shortly before leaving home. Spring has truly arrived it seems, and few hiccups like a flake of snow or two is not going to change that fact.
Hi John - all stunning ... I'm particularly fond of Horse Chestnuts. This year - we're having a slow Spring as it's being so cold ... and we've even had snow-flakes down here ... just enjoy the more light and one hopes getting warmer - come May perhaps! Cheers Hilary
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I'll try to answer any questions via a comment or e-mail within the next day or two (no hard questions, please!).
I love those horse chestnut leaves just breaking out. And always at this time of year I think 'Lovliest of trees the cherry now....'
