….that you step inside the village church and have a look at all the Christmas trees".
I mentioned in the last post that Noah the Donkey was being installed into his small pen just by the church door so that he can welcome visitors to the village Christmas Tree Festival.
Before going inside you need to make a fuss of Noah; it is the only entry charge, Be careful though, he sometimes nibbles hair and coats if he really likes you!
All the Christmas trees are decorated by various companies, organisations, clubs and societies in the village. And our very own handbell ringers will be playing carols (and very good they are too).
"So glad you could come. See you next Christmas!"
Take care.
Gorgeous ... love all the photos, especially Mr Noah - cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteThough I loved the trees, I think Noah would be the highlight for me...
ReplyDeleteWhat a novel idea John.
ReplyDeleteAwwww....Noah is cute! Wish I lived closer and I'd come visit.
ReplyDeleteThere was a Church not far from us that had a christmas tree compitition, not sure if they stll do it though. Nice idea I must admit
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet greeter! Nice to see the bright cheerful trees and I'm sure the bell ringers sound lovely.
ReplyDeleteLovely - something similar in one of the churches here but no Noah.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely village church. Even though I am not religious, I do love the warmth and tradition of the Christmas season. This place has it in abundance.
ReplyDeleteWe have a handbell choir too. It's wonderful.
ReplyDeleteNoah is adorable.
ReplyDeleteI would go just to see Noah - he's gorgeous. Beautifully decorated Christmas trees
ReplyDeleteYes, I too would definitely fuss over Noah and the decorations as well, John. There’s nithing like a festival of decorated trees to get folks into the spirit of the holiday. My favorites were the gnomes.
ReplyDeleteGreat enjoyable post of Noah, bell ringers and trees. I loved the decorative Santa in a hot tub!
ReplyDeleteNoah is wondering why he's dressed like this, but loves all the attention.
ReplyDeleteThat donkey images are my favourites.
ReplyDeleteWonderful Christmas tree hangers. Say hi to Mr Noah from me 😁

ReplyDeleteLovely! Everything is just lovely - even Noah..... Would like to hear the handbells, - I played in our local handbell choir for a great number of years, but only go to concerts now on account of being so ancient!
