Beautiful photos! Magnolia is wonderful and so elegant! And you showed its beauty perfectly. Light and shadows are wonderful. So many blossoms and such a delight to look at them.

All those beautiful shades John - I had no idea there were so many - makes our magnolia walls tell lies.
ReplyDeleteThe big magnolia next door to my folks has been and gone already in a blaze of glory

ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful shades of springtime blossoming there.
ReplyDeleteOh how I would love to be there right now! The magnolias are so beautiful! Only a few varieties do well in my climate, unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteLovely showy blooms, not frost-bitten yet either.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Some very healthy trees with so many blooms. The bottom photo reminds me a bit of Imogen Cunningham.
ReplyDeleteAll very lovely, but I particularly like the pale pink blossoms.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. I've only seen white ones before and I love the smell.

ReplyDeleteWish you a nice weekend.
These are great. Magnolias are blooming right now in Florida, but most of the ones that are planted are the same (fairly boring) white blooms.
