There's a lot of new building going on around the railway station in Cambridge; I spent some time taking a few pictures which are a bit different from my usual subject matter.
The things we bloggers do to show the world the treasures on our doorsteps! In this case perhaps a little imagination is needed yet to see the treasure, but I'm sure one day it will all look lovely.
So modern, and so different from much of what we've seen in your earlier posts. I guess I'm an architectural Luddite; I love the pictures of old buildings. Jim
I was at a construction site yesterday and kept looking at it, thinking that there was something I should photograph. I took some, but nothing I loved.
Tee Hee ....sorry you missed your train. I have taken shots like that because the angles look fun etc etc ...but I never do anything with them and most times I delete them ...but it is actually fullfilling taking them and then messing about with them in Picasa ...one day I might take one that is special ...but then I'm only a point and shoot person so I doubt it.lol
More old buildings, beautiful gardens and pastoral landscapes are promised in the coming weeks! But every so often I'll veer off on unlikely tangents. I wouldn't want you to think I live in some idyllic wonderland! :o)
Ha, that's funny. I get easily distracted myself, even when not taking pictures :^) I like how you composed your images. Lots of good color and lines to work with.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I'll try to answer any questions via a comment or e-mail within the next day or two (no hard questions, please!).
