  4. Great sculptures. I've seen some of these on my 365 project website too and I now want to visit Hatfield House!

  5. Wow, these are spectacular works of art. I just had Roger take a look at them with me, and I wouldn't be surprised if you heard us shouting our appreciation over all these miles from California to you! Truly grand.

  6. Glad you all liked them as much as I did. If you're planning to visit try to go on a Wednesday when the East Garden is also open to the public. If you're nearby then go ASAP since your ticket gives you free access to the Park and West Garden (therefore all the sculptures too) for the rest of the summer. It's easy to get to by train as the entrance to the park is right opposite Hatfield Station on the Kings Cross-Welwyn-Stevenage-Cambridge line.

  9. Marvelous, - the ferryman, the children and the modern Venus appeal, but how wonderful to be able to feel the shapes as well as see....

  12. Interesting sculptures, and such a variety of styles. My favorite is the first one, but they are all intriguing.
