Lovely photos! The mist adds a nice atmosphere to things.I almost nipped out this morning for a similar misty graveyard shot for 'something eerie' for my scavenger hunt this month, but I didn't so I'm going to have to come up with something else now!
Looks like you were up and out early, John. Nice shots all, but I especially liked the first cemetery shot. Jim
These are all wonderful atmospheric photographs. Each is a favorite, so I can't pick just one.
Sheer magic John, especially the white horse.
Wonderful misty shots, like the cemetery images, perfect atmosphere.
That horse almost looks ghostly. How apt.
These photos took my breath away! Mist and light collaborate to create a magical and serene world. I feel life-source everywhere like in the light through the leaves or even in the cemetery. Misty morning promises bright daytime in my place.Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment.
Love those shots... especially the first cemetery shot in the fog... moody, eerie.
Beautiful ethereal photos - a great time of the morning to out and about!
Thank you all for commenting especially those of you dropping by for the first, but I hope not the last, time. I wasn't actually that early which is why I didn't manage to venture far from home. Ghostly horses and graveyards seem to be the general taste - you ghoulush lot :o)And yes, stardust, it did turn out to be a gloriously bright day!
The kind of morning I dream about... that only seems to happen when I have to be at work! These are beautiful pictures, John.
We've had some beautiful October mornings and your photos have caught the atmosphere of autumn beautifully.
Thanks John for your visit and comment, I just Love your mist shots. There is such mystery that draws me to a Fall morning clouded with thick mist as it shrouds the landscape....I'll be posting some lovely misty shots from Algonquin soon...Please take a peak!
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I'll try to answer any questions via a comment or e-mail within the next day or two (no hard questions, please!).
